Robert Key | Managing Director
Robert heads up the team at Josben Marketing and has worked on a number of marketing
projects from private healthcare, launching new online services to smaller businesses
on an adhoc basis.
With experience in a variety of sectors Robert brings the experience needed to deliver
a successful project and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
Nick Chapman | Head of Design
With a comprehensive understanding of typography and modern design principles, Nick
commits to providing a fresh perspective to visual communications. Coupling his
experience in the design industry with his intuitive business mindset, Nick creates
solutions that combine aesthetic design focus with rational business ideas.
Good design is effective design, and Nick's innovation, creative flair and superior
customer attention add value to his work.
Sue Wilkins | PR and Media Services Manager
Sue became the BBC’s regional face on the local news programme ‘Look North’. She
presented the programme five nights a week for seven years.
Along with strategic communications campaigns and media relations programmes Sue
provides comprehensive, effective, personally tailored media training to help those
in business deal better with those in broadcasting and print.
In addition we also work closely with a number of trusted associates who help
us achieve the very best results for our clients.

Josben Marketing is firmly committed to providing measurable service levels to our
clients and a personal as well as a highly professional service.
The Director's guarantee that
- Emails received by 1600 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same
day
- Letters will be answered within two days of receipt
- Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/following
day latest.
